Salt Spreader Hydraulic Power Unit

 This hydraulic power unit was built for a local municipality to be able to run their salt spreaders without the need to be plumbed into the vehicle. This gives them the ability to lubricate the drag chains and confirm the hydraulic motors are in correct operating order while in the storage area. This unit has a 2 GPM pump coupled to a 2-horsepower single phase electric motor. Fluid flow is directed via the D03 solenoid operated control valve that is manifold mounted. Also, within the manifold is the pressure relief valve providing a compact package of fluid control components. Fluid returning from the sander is filtered before entering the 5-gallon reservoir.
